Recently got a used Tablet PC without any OS so I installed Vista on it. After only a day I now get an error message at startup:
"Microsoft Tablet PC Input Component has stopped working."
Problem details reveal the following:

Closing the Error message causes it to re-appear shortly after again. When I disable Tablet PC Services the message doesn't reappear, however, also the touchscreen doesn't work anymore then

Re: wisptis.exe
Boot it in safe mode. If you do not get any startup error in safe mode, then it confirms that one of the non Microsoft programs is causing this issue. To find out which program is causing the issue, disable all the non Microsoft programs and follow divide and conquer method to find the culprit and uninstall the program successfully.
