I am planning to buy a Android tablet with calling facility, 2g or 3G doesn't matter, but for connectivity I am looking for 3G.

The other features I am looking for;
Camera: Primary (at least 3 MP), Secondary (at least 1 mp)
Android Version: 4 and above
RAM: 1 GM
USB, WiFi, Bluetooth,
At least 4000 MAH battery.

Everything else I do not mind.

My price tag is INR 15K
