Wanting a touchscreen Ultrabook (preferably w/ detachable keyboard) to use with two 30" Dell monitors running 2560x1600 resolution. Obviously, I don't think I'm going to find any hardware which supports even one of these monitors, so I'm looking into a couple of devices like this USB 3.0 to DisplayPort Adapter - Multi-Monitor External Graphics Card | StarTech.com,
preferably with a nice dock solution to minimize the plugging and unplugging of cables.

Is this setup possible, does anyone think? Reasonable, even?
