I'm an illustrator. I need a tablet I can sketch on and transfer to (and from) Photoshop on my PC (not a mac).

The sketch app doesn't have to be the best on the market (so long as it lets me sketch, has some layers, and can integrate with Photoshop - thats fine).

The most important thing is that I can quickly and painlessly transfer files from the tablet to the PC (and back again).

Any advice recommended

One way is to find a tablet with a USB port so that you can use a USB drive to transport files between your tablet and PC. However, not many tablets have USB ports, though many have mini USB ports. The ones that come with USB ports are Toshiba Thrives, and Thinkpad tablet.
