Misc

I want something with 3g / 4g where I can pay only for months when I'm traveling. No long contracts! The iPad is an acceptable example.
2. Additional requests ~ anything other you wish to take into consideration?
The Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tab 4g, and the iPad 2 3g 16gb have caught my eye so far. I'm not 100% sure how the samsung 4g billing plan works, but I don't want a contract that has to be renewed every month.
