Default thinkpad x61t or hp 2730p

    hi ,I'm new here
I'm going to buy a used tablet pc from ebay mostly for note taking and drawing some diagrams and some reading so what I need is a digitizer and not nesserly touch sensitive screen. the good ones I found in my price range are thinkpad x61t and hp 2730p while the hp has a better hardware I heard the digitizer is less accurate than the thinkpad's is that true ? and would it affect writing or is it trivial?

I would go for the 2730p since the x61t is relatively older. Inaccuracy exists in both the tablet, which can be re-calibrated using 25 points or so by editing registry.

You might follow this guide Vista: Calibrate Your Tablet/Touchscreen With More Points Carlo Mendoza
However, it won't work with the enhanced Wacom ISD driver (7.0.x.x I think) bu the old Wacom Touch (3.0.x.x). You need to roll back to the Touch driver if you have the first one installed.
