Dell Inspiron Duo vs. Asus Eee Pad Slider
Which tablet should I buy? I need it to be good for school use and also good for entertainment.

We do not know or understand your use case, are you wanting:
- to take handwritten notes?
- are you wanting the ability to do handwritten notes and keyboarding?
- are you wanting light weight?
- How much are you willing to spend?
- What OS are you wanting to use?
- What software?
Please make use of the form so that we can help you with all of the choices out there...Jeff Roach - MCLC, MCT
Surface RT
Tablet Legacy (I don't miss lugging around the convertibles):
Samsung Series 7 Slate A04 * Toshiba Libretto W105 * HP Slate 500
Toshiba M200 (this should still be the standard that all large convertables should be held too)
Toshiba M400 * Fujitsu U810 (of all my old convertables this one holds a special place in my heart)
Lenovo X61T * Lenovo X200T

Re: Dell Inspiron Duo vs. Asus Eee Pad Slider
I want to be able to type notes, which I know I can use Quickoffice or word for. Weight isn't much of a problem because they are both pretty light, and OS wise, I can't really decide, Windows has more programs, but Android has them all together in the market, making it easier to access, also, Andriod apps are meant to be used on a touchscreen.

If you want to type notes I would consider an Ultrabook, the Toshiba Z835 or Asus UX31 both are $799 right now. Windows 8 (which goes into Beta next week) will have an intergrated Web marketplace.
