That's already an old video and I don't like those marketing video's anyway. They always get it largely wrong and are overly optimistic about the technological progress.

I'dd much rather discus the new generation UMPC's coming out and how they are yet again completely misunderstood by the media. Like the Q1 "It has a keyboard now so it is great" Ultra. Mossberg even called the keyboard the most important improvement. Never mind the improved battery life or the brighter, higher resolution screen.

The keyboard's certainly not why I chose the Ultra - battery life, screen, and SD rather than CF were much more critical to me. I'm intending to use it with a BT keyboard anyway for anything more complex than tapping in a URL, so the built-in thumb keyboard is more of an irritation than an advantage!

I'd rather have a flipout infrared keyboard. There an infrared keyboard available right now, but I'd like to see it with further improvement, a small form factor, and incorporated (but removable) into portable computers. I'd rather have that than the tiny keyboards that come with stuff like the OQO.
