Hey you guys! I made a thread over at UMPC Portal for everyone to collaborate and share info and tricks and elevate everyone's experience with the great device.

Microsoft Vista installs and runs successfully on the Q1 with some driver ... This information is not printed on the spec at the Samsung pages,The Samsung Q1 Tablet Computer, Four Years Later from ... I've not been clever enough to permanently remove some of the hidden programs.

Just format it and install Windows 7. You can find all the needed drivers on the Samsung site. You can then add any programs you want.
