    Default R10, without A/S?

I had already ordered DELL Inspiron 6000 when I saw this website. I cancelled the Inspiron 6000, because the idea of having a tablet looked too sexy for me to stand. I was going to spend 1200 boxes for the Ins 6000, including shipping and tax. (Yes, I'm a poor, starving-to-death student and that's what I can afford. ) So, I was thinking of buying the R10 of Toshiba, or maybe R15.
The only problem is that I have to go abroad. So, I won't be able to use the 1 year USA warranty and I've called TOSHIBA USA to check it and they say that they don't have the international warranty. OTL.
Personally, I have a history of having broken the LCD, and having spilt the water over my ex-Laptop(which was also Toshiba). So, ordering a new laptop without warranty makes me quite worried.
On the other hand, mr.Dell offers me 4 year-warranty&complete care with the same price.(even abroad) Of course, using coupon, the specs of INS 6000 is much better.

So, I'm in dilema. Do you think R10 or R15 will work well without breaking down during at least a pair of years? In that case, I'd give myself the pleasure of having a tablet.
Or do you think I'd rather get the DELL?
Maybe I'd rather get the DELL and buy a cheaper tablet.
(not PC) What do you think?

    I'd really appreciate your advice...thanx.

There is no point in owning a laptop AND a tablet. You are better of investing in the best tablet within your budget. The Toshiba is structurally sound, but it won't tolerate spills in the keyboard OR harsh treatment. Be sure to get a nice protective case!
