    All I can suggest is try switching your forum style to another one, like vB 3.x - Fluid. Beyond that, there is nothing that can be done about this right now.

    Thanks Charles. I wonder what causes this. Is it an inability to set a cookie? I only see this on iOS personally. Using Safari fwiw.

    Edit: huh! I switched to "default style", and I haven't seen the banner since. Great!

    Where do I reach this setting please?

    Same, I get it on MacOS, iOS and Win 10, any browser I try. I visit less often because of this and I see the forum is a lot quieter despite everyone being in lockdown and thus able to be online more.

    It depends but for me there’s a link at the lower left corner of my screen that I can click and change the style. Look around.

    Thanks, found it. You guys have much quieter the forum seems since the change though? Hopefully that's getting back to whoever writes the software as I guess some people won't stick around to find out how to disable the pop-up.
