It will be available in Germany on the 18th.
Just checked the lenovo homepage yesterday and they claimed 1-2 workdays delivery for the 7y54/256GB model.
So I ordered and got the order confirmation.
Let's see how long it really will be until I hold it in my hands
Cool, looking forward to some first impressions!
A man of his words!
I don't get my hopes up, just because they state it is delivered in 1-2 Days doesn't mean it will.
Just checked my mail.
IT IS SEND, incl. tracking number
Is this in Germany? I thought it isn't launched yet.

Thought so to.
The 7Y54/256GB model is the only one available in 1-2 days.
What are the chances?
UPS was at my door at about 17:00 and I have the device on my desk atm.
Am installing 1809 and Visual Studio 2017 Community and then start to configure it to my liking.
I had one incident when it went into powersaving, when the keyboard didn't wake up, but otherwise so far everything seems ok.
Will do the benchmarks and tests after all updates have been installed and the machine had some time to settle down.
Will also switch to W10 Pro.
So everybody that has questions, queue them up, but please no games, I don't do games.
Wow, awesome! Very exciting. So definitely no light on the e-ink display, correct? What's your first impression of typing?
Wow that was impressively quick!
Curious how the haptic feedback feels in regards to typing and how good the “trackpad” is.
Also curious regarding battery, but you obviously need to let it finish all the indexing and settle before we will get an accurate read on that.
Overall feel of the device? Premium, thin, light, etc?
Wow, you're not exactly taking it easy on the little thing. Let me guess, next your briefly going to render a full 3D representation of Manhattan, followed by a quick evaluation of the drag coefficient of a 747.
Amazing that you already have it in hand. My only questions for now: does it get hot as you stress it, and can you open it without the novelty "knock knock" to open?
