The new one is just too expensive.
Does anyone have an older used model or similar that wanna sell?

    Thanks in advance,

    What is your price range?

Sahara's are hard to find. I might suggest looking for a Motion Computing tablet such as the LE1700 with the same C2D as the Sahara Slate which can be found for around $1300 or an LE1600 with Pentium M which can be had around $500.

Here is a quick search on Froogle showing them starting at just under $1300. The C2D L7400 models can be found mixed in with some Core Solo models as well.

As for touchscreen based tablets. The le1600 is/was available as a touchscreen, I can't seem to find any for sale though. There is also the new Gigabyte M912V netbook with a 8.9" touch screen, it is a convertable tablet though. $500 I think...
