I am observing this on my newly bought Q702 even though I made sure the MAX CPU setting being 100% in the Power Options. I would love to fix this if possible.

Try setting Minimum CPU to 100% as well. Maybe the throttling is done in the Bios.

Very interesting data! The i3 appears to be significantly more capable than the Z2760. I have tested two other PCs for my own education, use the data if you want.

    Desktop with i7 Bloomfield 2.86 GHz: WP32M 9.2 sec WEI 7.5 7.6 7.4 7.4 5.9

    Asus VivoBook i3-3217U WP32M 30 sec WEI 6.3 5.9 4.3 5.9 5.9

These two additional data points seem to indicate that the eMMC storage is about the same speed as a hard drive. And that SSD storage is very fast compared to either eMMC or a hard drive.

I think my next tablet will have to have an i3 processor and SSD storage. Maybe by then the next generation i3 will have much better battery life.

    Regards, Jim

Thanks for the figures, but I want to avoid laptops and focus on tablets only. :)

    Vivotab smart me400c wprime 59.225
    Wei scores
    Processor 3.4
    Ram4.7
    Graphics 3.6
    Gaming graphics 3.2
    Hard disk 5.6

Note: according to realtemp 3.70 I got a max temp of 72c when tuning the wprime test. But that quickly went back down to 55c when it finished. I'd love to see a teardown of just how heat is managed in this little thing

    Thanks, vfrmaverick! Graphs updated!

Here's a request to Ativ 700T owners. Its first benchmarks yielded a strangely low score of 4.5 on WEI-Gfx. That abnormality sticks out like a sore thumb in the graphs! I wonder if the Ativ 700T -- after all these months and all driver updates -- still scores that meager 4.5 points? Could you guys verify that?

I'm avoiding benchmarks where the OS has been changed. :( Thanks for the submission, anyway! :)
