Windows 7 Video Stutter

    The problem is Flash. Flash sucks. Plane and simple. Even runs slow on my quad core with SLI...

    Youtube is beta testing HTML5 and you can opt into it. It only works on Chrome, Safari, and IE8, but it is superfast. Quality is much lower, but perhaps its worth it.

    are google and mozilla having some kind of feud?

    why is firefox not supported for that?

    hoping it's just not listed for that, and adobe products simply suck because all they do is stack up updates on each version which makes them slower in total, or at least thats why I switched to foxit reader,

    -Try installing the new 10.1 driver, it'll enable dxva hardware acceleration on flash video

    -which format stutters im mpc? the hd3200 can decode up to 1080p l5.1 5ref frames using uvd flawlessly
