I recently picked up a new Gateway C-140X as a back up to my old C-140X, which I draw on every day. I loaded Windows 7 and Photoshop CS2, calibrated the screen, downloaded Wacom Penabled Driver Driver 5.08-2a (RC) for Penabled Tablet PCs, and performed a regedit that's supposed to get the cursor to line up in Photoshop (regedit>KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SYSTEM>CurrentControlSet>Services>TabletService>New>DWORD WTKernelBypass). Now I have pressure sensitivity for when drawing in Photoshop but the cursor is not lining up precisely with the tip of the stylus (it's slightly to the right of where it should be).

Anyone know the solution? Anyone else running Windows 7 and drawing in Photoshop?

Don't know about that reg edit but you should calibrate the screen after installing the Wacom drivers (rather than before). You may also find you need to select slightly off the cross points to get the calibration correct across the whole screen, so you might need to experiment a little.
