I've been running Windows 7 build 7000 on my Tx2000 for few days now.
It's a great OS and even at beta stage, it's very stable.

There is 2 problems I'm having with it right now though.

    1. My pen calibration is off by a lot when I install the nvidia 6150go driver from HP. If I don't install that driver, calibration is perfect but I can't get the max screen resolution.

    2. Realtek audio driver won't install. The buttons work but lights wont change when i mute the sound.

Does anyone know solutions to these problems?

    Thanks.

instead of installing drivers manually let windows search them at windows update, and be sure to manually look at the list because drivers are not automatically downloaded.

which you can't use unless you are an official beta tester & have a key or you're running a cracked copy of the OS.

    1. Let windows update find it (and install the wacom driver if you haven't already).
    2. Try setting the realtek installer to windows vista rtm compatibility mode.

    ...
ok, get one of the 2.5Million public beta keys that should be available sometime this months(hopefully) and use that to register your copy of Win7 beta.
This MAY be the link, but IDK.

Or you could write an email to microsoft letting them know that you're trying their product and wish to help them with their troubleshooting of problems...

I am a; tx2000 user, and on Windows 7 (upgrade) the second day. For the problem you are facing:

After upgrade, I lost the ability of passive touch (finger touch), which allows only pen stylus.

So I reinstall the wacom driver from HP (not Wacom), and I got my finger touch back, and calibrartion is fine.

No problem on Realtek driver. I actually upgrade sound driver from v2.1 to v2.14 from Realtek. The light works fine as well.
