    Hi all,

I want to install Windows 7, so I ran the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor. It told me that my computer has some issues on compatibility in:

    1. Windows Aero Support due to my current graphics adapter won't support it.

    2. Fujitsu FUJ02E1 device driver is not compatible.

    3. SigmaTelAudio

    4. Fujitsu Button Driver Component

Does someone know how to make the graphics adapter (I think it is Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950), the Fujitsu driver, the button driver, and/or audio compatible to Win 7? I think my main concern for now is the graphics adapter and the Fujitsu driver.

I have looked around in the forums here (which was confusing for me, I'm not much of a computer hard drive person) and the Fujitsu website (which was not helpful).

    Thanks.

Btw, I have XP and not Vista.

None of your Hardware sounds like hardware that should have problems with Windows 7.

You should even have aero glass working fine.

I think the issue lies in the fact that you want to upgrade your current setup. Personally i think you should backup your files and software and do a clean install.

You're less likely to have problems due to driver incompatibility as Windows 7 is likely to find all the correct drivers during the installation process.

If you have upgrade media that you are using to install on your pc, you should check out this thread which instructs how to use your upgrade media to do a clean install.

Do you have a physical disk, iso or exe file for your upgrade meida?

For the Fujitsu drivers, just try the Win 7 drivers for the T2020 or T5010 or try the Vista drivers for your tablet or the T4220.
    Normally, those drivers should work.

The SigmaTelAudio is something different, don't know if there are Vista or 7 drivers available.

For the graphics card, just go to the Intel site and download the Win 7 drivers for your card if available, use them.

Yes i updated old drivers with win7 drivers for different later models T4220 mostly, T4310, even from other series E,P etc..

They all work fine. Even found fingerprint, shock sensor, FUJ*** device drivers.
