    I've updated my B121 yesterday.
I did not occur into that touch issue with the wrong driver, but I'm having another touch related minor unpleasantness.
Metro apps, anything metro related stops accepting touch whenever I land a second finger (eg: to pinch zoom) on its area, although not completely, but anything with panning and zooming gets stuck.

It doesn't get stuck if one finger is inside the metro area and the other is in desktop or another different metro app, only just when both touch points are in the same app.
I tried both the default touch driver and the EETI one, same result. Weird.

But that doesn't happen with desktop software, in fact IE11 works like a charm with pinch zooming.

603 which is the equivalent to the EP121 704.
Did you try to clear the touch calibration settings ?
Or if all else fail you might try to perform a full windows 10 reset, it may take some time and you'll have to reinstall your apps, but you get a cleaner system with 45gb free space.

Both EETI 1.2 and the windows driver looked fine, be sure to update wacom driver to the latest. The old 7.2.10 had serious issues with palm rejection under W10.

So, am I the only one with the multitouch freeze on metro apps ?

It failed to install the EETI PCAP driver. I followed the directions above and I get the message...
    - The best driver software for your device is already installed.
    - Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date.
    - USB Touchscreen Controller (A001)

There's no option to override the installed driver.
My cursor still moves in the wrong direction. I tried uninstalling the old driver and running the updated driver but it didn't work, and on restart I have the old driver back.
