    Hello,

Is anyone able to create Windows 10 bootable USB from build 10240 ISO and succesfully install it on their PC's?

I am thinking of creating one but I am not sure whether it is the right time to upgrade or not..

I'd wait the two days. Right now, you won't be able to activate your PC if you do that.

Yep, they temporarily suspended new PC's from the insider program.

Yes. Just make you're usb stick bootable and extract the iso using 7 zip onto usb. Works fine.

You'll need to mount the USB drive as a fixed drive and then change BIOS/UIEF to boot from that drive.

so steps ..correct me if I'm wrong
I down load the win 10 iso to my win 7 computer drive
format a usb 64g..should it format as bootable?
then run win 10 install... will it ask where to install or it will just upgrade my win 7 which I don't want without asking?
