Will the Dell Venue 8 Pro 5855 still function productively in 2020?

Greetings all. I've been missing my old Asus Vivotab Note 8 lately, and I've thought about picking up a Dell Venue 8 Pro 5855 4gb/64gb to use. I'm wondering how snappily the old Cherry Trail processor can run on current Windows 10. Can anyone out there speak to this?

I would use it for a portable note-taking device, and I would also use it as a mini-laptop for Word and Excel type tasks. That's pretty much what I used my old AVTN8 for. I would probably also watch the occasional YouTube or Amazon Prime video on it as well, since it has a larger screen than a smartphone. But that would not be my primary purpose for having it.

    Any thoughts?
    Thanks in advance!

I have a 5855 for travelling since it is really small. It is working fine qith 1909. Until now the update to 2004 is not performed. The weak point is the 4GB RAM. But for email and internet even 4GB should be ok.
