Why is the time-stamp wrong for my posts?

Looking back at my posts, it appears that the time-stamp is off by about 4 hours. For example, look at this post:

    http://forum.tabletpcreview.com/threads/surface-3-discussion-thread.65983/page-407#post-495986

The time-stamp says 5:50pm today, but I'm on EST and it's only 4:25pm right now! In reality, I posted that comment closer to 1:50pm EST (based on my Chrome history). Am I completely missing something obvious?

EDIT: so it seems this is limited to the browser on my work computer, which I'm using now. I just checked the thread above on my phone and on my Surface, and in both places it has a time-stamp of 1:50pm. Still puzzled about why that would be. Is there a setting somewhere I should be adjusting?

You can set your time-zone in your forum account settings.
