Where to buy replacement SurfaceBook keyboard/base ???

    Maybe because its not a cheap plastic 8" device of some sort...


    I'm certain that Panos lauded how these are hand crafted matched pairs, implying they are not mix and match parts...although I know a few reviewers attached a dGPU model to a non-dGPU version to confirm they would work.

    Not an ideal solution, but you could always use a bluetooth keyboard with the tablet. And you can charge the Surface Book tablet with the charger...you don't need to have the keyboard attached to charge it. The charging port is on the bottom of the tablet where it connects to the keyboard (center bottom). I'm in the same situation...accidentally spilled coffee on my keyboard. Everything is now working on it, except charging from the keyboard and disconnecting from the keyboard, so I have to manually disconnect (using a paperclip on both sides of the tablet to release the keyboard) so I can re-charge it.

    Yeah, I never had any luck with them about keyboard bases either. I was trying to get a "replacement" performance base for my original unit though ha
