What Do You Want in the Surface Pro 5

    I'm assuming that the rechargeable Surface Pen will not be in a silo. Damn shame.

    I think silo's have been banished except for Galaxy Note phones, sad to say. Somehow I think this is in part Wacom's fault because they have not liked Surface and other computers horning in on their Cintiq tablets and only Samsung has access to the sticks...

    ThinkPad X1 tablet and X1 Yoga both have a silo, but maybe you were speaking of phones specifically.

    No. The article I quoted said that the Surface Pro 5 will have a rechargeable pen.

    That gave me the idea for the best AR game ever. Imagine putting a pc in your proton pack, putting a HoloLens on and then running through real-life New York with Slimer and co. appearing everywhere. The kid in me would be really happy! Just remember:

    Misread. The phone comment threw me off. Let me try again. Yes. But, I don't see MS going the extra mile to engineer the pen into the device. I think they're copying the Apple recharge-ability. I would love to see a yoga like recharging silo.
