Well after issues with the first order, I finally got an order placed for the T4215. Today I received the accessories that I chose with the order. So yeah here is the configuration:

Intel Core Duo T7400 (2.33 Ghz)
    Vista Business
    Small Office 2007
    DUAL-LAYER MULTI-FORMAT DVD WRITER
    2GB (1GBX2) RAM
    80GB (5400RPM) SATA HDD
    XGA Indoor Screen
    and an extra modular battery.

should expect that system by next Wed. Oh yeah, total cost with accessories listed below is $3213.00.

    Accessories were:
    Convertible Bump Case
    Extra Main Battery
    Auto/Air Adapter
    A Mouse.
and the free 2GB flash drive.

I plan on writing a review when I get the machine.

32$-40$ for a 1 gig pc5400 from like newegg.com after rebate. There is no way fujitsu can beat the price

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820144068
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820146123
    (both is < 100$ total)

theres more of these deals elsewhere I am sure. so 2x 1 gig in fujitsu site is + 200$ ? get the cheapest memory config, and throw them away :)

also, 2x 2 GB is around 300$... fujitsu is like what? +1050$ what a rip off difference.
(btw adding memory will suck more battery , anyone else read it ?)

yea extra battery might be nice. I hardly ever use cd these days

BenI and gkscythe: Be careful with some memory brands in the T series. We have had many users who have bought the value RAM from places like newegg.com only to learn that the RAM doesn't allow the system to boot up afterwards. I know that Crucial will work because that is what Freeman put in his and some others. Search the forums see if you can find some other brands that work and some to stay away from.

yours is similar to what mine is except for the screen (mine is SXGA+) & hard drive (100 GB). and I didn't get any extras except what was included (the AC Adapter basically), I just plan on getting the modular battery right before school starts, and a bag to carry it in from a store (Circuit City or Best Buy).

Can't wait to her your personal view/review of it.

Jeni, I got the convertible bump case, because I didn't need the whole briefcase thing. just a case to only hold the computer itself. First personal views should be up by at least next friday
