I don't think Wacom are going to add the Samsung devices to the DualTouch drives device list anytime soon, if ever? The best we can hope for is Samsung adding some proper pen support. They haven't even added the functionality they added to the GB to the N9P settings, which is disappointing to say the least. On the bright side I haven't had any issues with the pen on the N9P so far. The most annoying aspect being the lack of native control for the button functionality/assignment.

Not tested on SB yet. For general Wacom device, no ghost key press issue

Update on SB if it not got install, couldn't you force update? Do you know how to do it?

The Feel driver installation checks for a compatible device and quits if it can't find one. My understanding is that the manufacturer must submit a specific device to Wacom for driver certification in order for compatibility to be hard-coded into the installer. If you know a way around that compatibility check, please tell.

This is the legacy driver's list http://www.wacom.eu/index4.asp?pid=29&list=all
And this is how to do forcibly update https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-update-drivers-in-windows-2619214
you will need an extracted version of the driver , which like I have here https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1KNH_A4Fos6SHZTeHZ4MmlzbVE/view

I'm not sure that these instructions will work for the Wacom Feel driver. In any event, I don't want to risk messing up either the Galaxy Book or Notebook 9 Pro. If anyone else decides to give it a go, please report your findings.
