Warning Intel HD Graphics Driver

If you come to a situation where you want to update your Graphics Driver do NOT take the newest one directly from Intel, because it causes a severe error with Gfxui.exe which is responsible for your video management. Choose ONLY the VGA (= Intel) driver from Asus download page.

 

this can be a problem with a incorect installed net-framework
reinstall the net-framwork

Sorry - I have to row back (you say this in english?) - because now I notice that still the same problem remains: Gfxui.exe would not start! I have reinstalled .net framework 4.0 - same problem. I fear that something went wrong not only with the Intel driver install but also with other drivers? Any suggestions before I have to do a fresh install?

do you have an antivirus like kaspersky?
in kaspersky you must allow Gfxui.exe to run.

you have 64bit-drivers installed on your ?64bit win7?

I'm running the latest drivers from intel (8.15.10.2361) and haven't had this issue. I don't think it is the intel drivers that have caused your problem.

 

Same here .no problem for months with latest Intel driver..I would update the Adobe Flash as it causes a bit of problem for me previously.

 

No problem with the latest Intel drivers here either.
