    ok...so i just noticed that my pressure sensitivity just went away...

    also i cant calibrate the pen in the Motion software or windows native calibration... i get the screens to pop up for calibration but it wont recognize my clicking...

    i have NO idea what to do.... i tried installing that wacom driver from above but it didnt help

    the only thing i can think changed was that i did a windows update a couple weeks back.

    i really want my pressure sensitivity back... this is freaking me out...i am at dead end on what too do or where to look for help

    HELP!!

    @thejager

    First go here Drivers | Wacom Americas [click the "more info" link to the right, then download the driver] and download the latest driver again, then go in device manager and uninstall any Wacom driver(s) (prpbably labeled ISD ____ ), reboot, let it load up (it may need another reboot here), then run the driver you just downloaded, reboot, and see if it is working or not...

    That should work because it will completely remove the old driver, then it will load the windows driver again, then it will load a 'fresh' Wacom driver

    I have this EXACT same issue... I have tried everything, did you ever find a solution? Does anyone have any idea why this happens. I am on a J3400 as well.

    Thanks!

    Oh, and I am running windows 7. I did try Agent 9's suggestion, I removed and rebooted, then reinstalled driver. I even tried the J3500 driver from the site (which seemed to fix for a very short time) I used system restore, and I ran "reimage" from reimage.com to try to see if some random system file was missing or something. Help, please. I need to use this computer for work and I can't use the "flicks" and/ or double click on anything, or align my pen.

    You can try ASUS ver 702-21 if your Motion has eeti touch..

    You should call up Motion urging them to release latest Wacom drivers..It is Motion responsibility to release the driver.
