Does anyone else have the problem with the pen getting stuck in the silo?

The mechanism is such that if I push the pen straight in, or push it in and to the left, the slot in the pen which is supposed to contact the spring tab mechanism slips past the little tab inside the silo and the pen gets stuck. If I push the pen in and to the right which pushes it against the spring loaded tab, then no problems. Seems like there is too much play between the little spring loaded tab that's inside the silo and the pen itself.

yes. It is a universal problem. I took a small rubber band and pushed it down to the bottom of the silo so the pen doesn't go all the way in.
