Someone posted this on reddit today, this is with the Cinitq 16. Seems like the issues is with the pro-pen2 on the Cintiq 16.

That's about the same amount of wobble as I have on my T902. It can be expected out of a business class digitizer on a small tabletPC, but even mine is considered worse than average for a TPC. That's kinda unacceptable for a cintiq pro, and "improved" Pro pen 2. My 22HD has zero wobble discernible in Photoshop. here's some slow diagonals I just did up.

Glad I stuck with the older reliable Wacom tech while they work out their kinks...
My bet is bad drivers too.
    EDIT**
Found a video of the wobble too:

    1. When you plug in a cintiq Pro, does Windows recognize it as just another display that you can duplicate or extend?

    2. OK, only the top left usb-c port supports 4k dp. What about the other 2 usb-c ports? Exactly what can they do besides receive power? Are they USB-C 3.1 gen 1 or gen 2?

    3. Stupid question, but the Cintiq has no battery, right? I only ask because the MobileTechReview lady said she was "charging" the Cintiq.

    4. Why did they not include a battery and bluetooth for cable-free use? Would that not work?

    5. Can it do 4k video at 60 Hz (dp 1.3)?
