    This may be old news...

When setting up my Zbook X2 w Photoshop CC I found that I could not get the brush resize function to work. Coming from Mac this issue did not affect me, so dang...!

Someone posted a solution on Reddit , that seems to fix the issue.

    https://www.reddit.com/r/wacom/comments/87syy9/wacom_users_if_you_want_to_see_the_altright_click/

    Instructions:
    1. Create a file that contains instructions to revert to the WinTab functionality.

    2. Create a text file in a text editor such as Notepad.

    Type in the following lines:

    Use WinTab
    UseSystemStylus 0

    1. Save the file as a plain text file named PSUserConfig.txt

    2. Put (copy) the file into the Photoshop settings folder: C:\Users[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015\Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 Settings\

    3. Restart Photoshop and check the pen pressure and overall performance.
So maybe not news, but it was to me!

Yep, it's a common known way to force Wintab in Photoshop on Windows. ;)
