Quote from what the video should say: ... and the cable for both the digitizer and touchscreen are designed to last more than one week. At least we current owners have an option for a factory case. Again, I wonder when these are available and, if I wait, will the MS Store give me one in exchange for my unit? And, do I want one instead of the M80TA. I can't imagine that they would redesign the Wacom digitizer .. too much engineering.

Model Asus Vivotab 8 without Wacom digitazer, answer from deutsche online-store (my question about Wacom & Asus M81C):

    Guten Tag
    Vielen Dank für Ihre Anfrage

    NEIN.

Because they know we like pen.
And it is a wacom one (if you magnify, you will see that the tip is fine)

I have the part numbers listed in my thread. The part numbers are the same in both sites. All the important info you need to know is linked to in my OP.

    M81Cwith simple stylus...
Sorry, but I can draw and write with a stylus on my old Nokia smartphone with a resistive screen.
Stylus - a marketing ploy. Incidentally,
Video unofficial and published design studio.
Have to wait for reviews first buyers. I'm a designer, I wanted to buy this tablet, but as the stylus does not work, it is better to buy Wacom Intuos and Lenovo Thinkpad 8

Update: I finally got around to getting my tablet sent into be RMA'd, and then today I tried to check it's progress. Totally forgot to write down my Serial Number. I have my RMA number but since I don't have the ST I can't check my status. So I guess I'll have to wait and see unless I can call in to check my repair status.
