I hate them, because of the short space bar. Also four unnecessary script related keys that became obsolete in 1992.

Dell's presentation starts in a minute. Hopefully they have something interesting to show...

... Nope. I was underwhelmed. Heavy laptop gamers might have enjoyed it, however.

The fact Samsung is apparently referring to it vaguely as an “active pen” doesn’t bode well.

Do you have a link for that?

He said 9th gen H CPU's are coming in 2nd quarter, but he did not call them 10nm or ice lake. The current coffee lake 8750H is 14n++, so the new ones might be 14nm+++ and named xxxxxx lake 9xxxH. They should have the whiskey lake improvements, including hardware mitigation for spectre and meltdown.

Just my misinterpretation of an image during the Intel presentation, I guess. I thought "Mobile 9th Gen" in context meant Ice Lake 10nm. I forget where the exact quote came from, but apparently the writer had the same misunderstanding.

The link is for the update to the Samsung Notebook 9 Pro line, not the Samsung Notebook 9 Pen line. The “Pen” line still looks to be Wacom with the silo’d pen lookin my just like the phone. The “Pro” line looks to be AES or some similar tech.
