I'm still experiencing the problem. I live in New York City so I'm sure there's unlimited potential EMI sources that I have no control of, but the fact is I don't have any of these problems on my Surface Pro 3, a very similar product using a similar n-trig digitizer. I also use a Wacom digitizer on my desktop PC and have no problems. In fact, I have no problems with any other electronic devices I use. Which leads me to believe this is a VAIO hardware problem -- perhaps it's not properly shield from what should be typical background EMI.

I don't think it's acceptable for a mobile device to require you to ask the cafe you're in to shut off all fluorescent lights within a 30' radius so you can use your device ;) In other words: I'mma keep bugging VAIO support until, one way or another, this problem is rectified.

VAIO Japan just announced a refreshed Z with Skylake and a S13 and S15. Pity they didn't refresh the CZ...

...Interesting. I was just talking to VAIO Support yesterday about the prospects for a ZC refresh. (They were noncommittal.) Coincidence...???

I think the ZC refresh is dependant on the release of the Skylake quad with iris pro...

My guess is that it is also equally dependent on Intel having a stable and reliable set of drivers (currently the issue with the SP4)...

Hmm the refreshed Z and S13 and S15 didn't get any Thunderbolt 3 or USB type-C...

I still really hope the Z Canvas refresh will get Thunderbolt 3.

Me too, but my money is on no. I'm thinking this first refresh will be minimal. For many reasons not the least of which a quick and efficient turn around and a continued effort to recoup initial development costs. I'd think, that a broader revamp (updated ports, slimmer/different design, broader changes) would be reserved for gen 3. Hope I'm wrong of course, but I don't think so.
