It is normal for a machine with integrated graphics to "borrow" some of the system RAM for graphics use. Mine says 3.79GB useable; but it was a 2/32 version until I upgraded the RAM myself. I wonder if the 2GB models ship with a BIOS designed to use 256MB of graphics memory while the 4GB models are set to use 512MB? That might explain why some users on here can get to 3.4 on their Windows Experience Index, while I can't get higher than 3.3 (and often get 3.2)

That is interesting that you cannot get over 3.3 windows experience. I have a 2/32 version as well also upgraded to to 4 gigs of ram. I have 3.79gb usable as well however I get a 3.4 score on graphics consistently.
