From Juice's post in this thread:

    Is that everything you need?

EDIT: Actually, that's a TX2000 charger. Oops. Nevermind.

I would like a spare or two, but $65 is too much. Anyone find a replacement adaptor that would work with the TX2500z for less?

I'm using the AC adapter from my DV1650. It's not a specialized adapter on the TX2500.. just a good 'ol HP lappie one. ..Willy.

I just pick up a couple at a target near my work for $16 a piece. They had a bunch on clearance. Not tx2500 specific, but a universal hp branded psu.

Do you have a Target product number for those?

    Toshiba Portege 3500 AC Adapter
    Input 100-240V Output 15V, 6A, 90W

I have a bunch of these at work. The connector looks the same. Would the above work with a TX2500z?

    Update:
Never mind..... Although the connected looked the same, it does not fit the TX2500.

15V would not be enough. It has to be around 18.5V and Ampere no less than 3.42A.
