I just ordered the HP tx2000. It should be here in about a week. It comes with Vista home premium but my school requires Vista Business or better. I bought an upgrade to ultimate at the school for super cheap. My question is... if I upgrade will it affect any of the tablet's functions? It is my understanding that there isn't a special tablet version of Vista. Any other advise would be appreciated!

I believe all Vista versions have native tablet PC support so you should be fine.

All versions except Home Basic has the Tablet OS. Ultimate combines all the features of Premium and Business.

There is a sticky with information on how to upgrade/install an OS on the tx2000. You should read that before you do anything just so you have all of the drivers before you get started.
