The tx2000 series already has a touchscreen that works with fingers & a stylus...

Can someone in the US get the MSRP? I hope it would be $1100 but don't think that will happen for such a new release.

I called HP. They had zero idea about the tx2500.

    1. They answered?!
    2. They had zero idea. Period.
    3. I'm just jealous because I have a tx2000z, and want that extra 500. The new CPUs and GPU wouldn't hurt either.

    End rant. Start want.

Piclens is a free add-on for Firefox: you can get it here.

And nice find with the models! If that's up now they're bound to be on the verge of releasing it...

It's nice to see they're sticking DDR2 800 Ram in there, assuming the new architecture can take advantage of it. I'm seriously wondering how hard it could be to switch out the internals for tx2000 owners...

Very very nice find Bakdai, a confirmed list of specs is nice to see...I know we'd seen them before via parts surfer but the specs list here is much easier to read.

If its up there on the the poor second cousin twice removed that is the UK HP website, there has got to be an immanent US release.

So, so very glad I held off on a TX :D
