Thats not funny anymore. Patience over. March around the corner, 8 months passed from win7 rtm release.

    Seconded.

This is getting utterly ridiculous. They have had months to release a stable set of drivers.

We keep hearing, "Just a little while longer..."

Well, I for one have had it. When you purchase a ~$1000 machine, you expect a degree of post-purchase support from a company that claims to offer it. Instead we get this... a driver package unsuitable for beta release. And this ever lingering promise that they will eventually release the newer, better package.

I honestly don't care who is to blame. it's not like Windows 7 was thrust onto N-trig OR HP without notice or time to develop. We've seen fixes for the XT2, but not the TX2, despite them running almost the same digitizer hardware.

Come on, HP. Throw us a bone here.

It looks like this adds 4 finger multitouch, but not pressure sensitivity in Photoshop. This is according to the release notes at hp.com

Uh....am I the only one missing the ability to turn on and off the touch interface? Before you just go to n-trig panel and you can choose pen, touch, or pen and touch. Now I can't do that....there is just a blank space where it used to be, its really weird.

I'd got the same issue. I just wonder if it is the way should be?

If it is, I am switching back to the old ones, I need to be able to switch, its really annoying to write using the pen if the touch is turned on. Can anyone else confirm they're getting the same issue? That there is just a blank spot on the panel where the ability to switch modes used to be?

Same findings here. There are no more options for the touch only and pen only inputs. I noticed though that when the pen is being used, touch is automatically disabled. Kindly confirm this guys. Thanks!
