I finally had a hardware failure of the WLAN card on my tx2000z after two years. WiFi completely disappeared and reinstalling BIOS, broadcom software, etc., doesn't bring it back. Am sending it off to HP tomorrow. For those of you who have sent laptops with this problem into HP Service: 1) how did your laptops perform after they were 'fixed' and returned? 2) how long did it take to get them back? 3) what model laptop do you have?
