So I take it you've already been to the Dell site, downloaded and installed all the drivers/software for your system?

Yes you are right I tried to installed but without any success, I ran xx.exe file but I still get error message Fatal error N trig hardware was not detcted on system. Maybe I need just drivers for manual installing drivers but I cannot find it. Thanks

Is yours a Latitude XT or XT2?

Assuming the former, which of the following have you already tried?
    Drivers & Downloads

When you go into System - Device Manager, are all devices shown as working properly?

Try the "Ntrig Application" file listed in downloads, that would seem to be the correct one.

Go back into Device Manager, remove all Ntrig/Touch/Pen drivers. Empty "Windows/Temp" and "<user>/local settings/temp" directories (with Explorer, select folder options to show hidden/system files). Go into "Program Files" and delete any folders for Ntrig.

Remove 'hidden devices' from Device Manager (this is to thoroughly insure all mis-installs etc are removed) follow this:
Device Manager does not display devices that are not connected to the Windows XP-based computer
    - when Device Manager appears, select menu option to 'Show hidden devices' then expand the HID section and remove all ghosted devices.

Now reboot, and retry Ntrig driver from Dell website. Hopefully it will now work.

In your first post, you said you installed Windows XP, but not Windows XP Tablet Edition.
