Yes, that model has the GMA 950 graphics processor and the Intel Mobile 945GM chipset. Unfortunately, the Toshiba M400 is equipped with the GMA 950; but perhaps the next product that will come after the Toshiba M4 will offer a discrete graphics card; but it will be, without a doubt, expensive.
As of this moment, Toshiba is the only manufacturer that provides Tablet PCs with the Intel Solo/Duo Core processors. IBM is due out with its own probably within the next few weeks, however it will also have the GMA 950 graphics processor. HP/Compaq and other manufacturers, well they are expected to release their own product(s) of Tablet PCs featuring the Intel Solo/Duo Core processors.
When will the next generation of Tablet PCs have discrete graphics cards? Well, it's unknown at the moment, but hopefully there will be a few manufacturers offering discrete graphics cards.

    Hi Mr. Clausen,

The Toshiba M400 can be configured with either an XGA or SXGA display. TPCRS recieved a model that had the XGA display, because during that time period models with the SXGA display were very limited and taken off (the Toshiba USA store) until the 2nd half of March when it was available.
