A lot of this already started with the creation of Dynabook and and sale of that to Sharp, but that completes the process. It's too bad. I had the t1100 which was one of the first true laptops as well as several Tecras, one of their Qosmio gaming laptops and even a Libretto over the years. I hope they will release all drivers and support sites to the public domain, Japanese companies can be stingy about that.
They had retained some manufacturing and a couple of vertical market SKUS to fulfill some government contracts until now. They also had retained some patents and IP which also got sold in this last round to what is now Dynabook.
