    Decided to cancel my order. The early impressions don't sound all that great and I'm tired of the shipping delays.
    I'll just stick with my HP Envy X2 for now.

    Are you based in the US Matt? If you guys are seeing further delays, we probably won't have a single TPT2 here in Europe until the end of Q2 :(

    I just priced out the Dell Latitude 10 as an alternative, and we'd be looking at upwards of 850€ (vs. 549€ entry price on the TPT2)... so we're pretty much SOL here in Germany with regard to 10" Atom tablets.

    Wow, these guys are run by a bunch of monkeys. I've had a pending charge on my CC for 2 weeks, suddenly today it disappears. I call Lenovo and the guy says he can't pull up my order for some reason and has to research it and email me later. I haven't been able to look up my order on their website at all and they keep telling me the website has technical difficulties.

    Tis makes me very fearful of their customer service if anything ever goes wrong with it. If my order got lost or canceled I'm done with this company.

    If you're in the US, Thinkpad post-sale customer service is handled by IBM and is great.

    Just received my slim case today and realized it uses hard plastic rails to hold the tablet in place. Had bad experiences with these in the past actually causing damage instead of preventing. Not sure if I want to even take a chance with this when the tablet arrives. Will probably return and keep searching/waiting for soft fabric or leather solution.

    Any chance you could post a picture of those rails you mentioned. Would really appreciate any close up photos of the slim case.
