Well, to complete the Cortana saga, I also added Cortana "to the cart", and made a zero dollar purchase. Now that 'add to cart' is gone, and I can review that app that WAS ALREADY INSTALLED! (sorry for yelling..) Good grief the entire app store infrastructure seems to be a clusterf***

Poor Cortana...selling herself for $0 and still can't make Windows users happy. :vbtongue:

"Bad" is almost a compliment for the actual store performance/selection...

<<...I can review that app that WAS ALREADY INSTALLED!..>>

I've observed the same behavior; I just don't let it bother me...

I continue to be amazed at how f-ing broken the Win10 app store is.

Today's gem: "All trusted apps have the latest updates" (continues installing app updates..)

Well, clearly Microsoft knows that you don't trust those other six apps...

Haha, my alternate theory was that the store was in the process of downloading outdated versions :p

, hmm I have to say it always works fo me except maybe very big apps like PowerBI which take a long while (cause Store downloading is rather slow). I only press Get updates and prioritize 1 or 2 I want first (it often finds a lot of apps since I almost have battery saver on).

Most times it "works" as in "apps successfully download/update", but the examples above show that there's plenty of stuff that could be improved!
