@Mr. Boosh oh yes, 360-hinge and pen would be even better than LTE!

I assume storage is non-replaceable eMMC?

Those were exactly my thoughts when they launched it. IMHO, a 360°/convertible hinge seemed like a no-brainer. Pen support of course would have been the icing on the cake.

This is a really nice kinda-successor to the Vaio P though. But at that size, I would want to use it more often as tablet than as a netbook. As a convertible I would have bought one as well.

If someone makes a fanless/LTE/WOA convertible version (+ pen optionally), I'll open my wallet.

Anyway, looking forward to your impressions once you have it!

So tempted to pick one up and use it as a host for a 16 inch Cintiq pro. All my keyboard shortcuts and a little screen for my tool menus!

If only it had a yoga style hinge, and optional pen, would have made an even better travel device.

I got the GPD Pocket today, typing on it right now. Ask away.

Definitely notice the difference coming from my Z Canvas, but I'm spoiled in that regard.

It is a really attractive little device, and the split spacebar is no issue at all. Rest of they keyboard is definitely going to get some getting used to.

I already swapped the Delete and Backspace keys using Sharpkeys.

@Mr. Boosh What, the Pocket doesn't run circles around the Canvas??? Bummer... ;)

Ok, I've got a few questions:
    • How is the fan noise?
    • How does typing on it feel, are the keys more clicky or smushy?
    • I know you haven't used trackpoints much, but how does this one feel?
    • How is the general build quality? I remember it was a bit hit or miss with the GPD Win.
    • What is the maximum angle the screen can tilt?

I would think since it's the Atom X7 cpu, like the Surface 3, that it would be fanless.
