Thanks so much for this! Do you have any information on the X201t? (Or any positive indication that the displays would be the same for equivalent X201t models?)

I can't say anything with any certainty when it comes to the X201 Tablet as my research has been primarily with the X200 Tablet although I would guess the following:

    X201t Display options:
12.1" WXGA LED Panel with Wide viewing Angle <--probably panel (3)
12.1" Multitouch WXGA LED Panel with Wide viewing Angle <--Confirmed panel (6b) (Toshiba) - Thanks antman0505!
12.1" SuperBright Outdoor WXGA LED Panel with Wide viewing Angle <--Confirmed panel (4) - Thanks cliff4dito!

Again, the above is a guess and is NOT to be taken as fact unless otherwise stated.

I have the X201T with the multi-touch panel. If you can tell me how to find out which panel it is, I am happy to do so (as long as I don't have to open it up).
The device manager only says it is a Lenovo panel.

Hi, thanks for posting this! I have an x200T with Enhanced Multitouch Panel. The FRU# is 13N7295. I do not see this under the listed touchscreen and digitizer models. Anyone know which panel maker this would be? IPS or S-PVA? I'm trying to look it up but to no avail!

bump. Is it possible FRU# is 13N7295 is neither one of the known Samsung S-PVA or Toshiba IPS panels for x200t Enhanced Multitouch?

You could try using Everest. It's basically a benchmark and diagnostic program that gives you info on your system and has been used with good results to determine the panel type in the past.

First I've heard of that FRU number. I'd guess that it's a Toshiba IPS panel because there is some evidence that suggests that the Samsung S-PVA panel was only used in the early models of the Enhanced Multitouch X200t's. If you wanted to know for certain though, you could try using the method I explained to antman0505 above to find out which panel you have and be sure to give me your results so I can add the information to the list!

Here's the display report for my multitouch:

    Monitor Properties:
Monitor Name ThinkPad Display 1280x800 [NoDB]
    Monitor ID LEN4011
    Manufacturer LTD121KX6B
    Manufacture Date 2010
    Serial Number None
Max. Visible Display Size 26 cm x 16 cm (12.0")
    Picture Aspect Ratio 16:10
    Gamma 2.20
DPMS Mode Support Standby, Suspend, Active-Off

It looks like the same Toshiba panel as the X200T multitouch.

Hello pwnsweet - thanks for the Everest tip. After running the report, I can confirm FRU# 13N7295 corresponds to a Man# LTD121KX6B.
Judging by what was stated on multiple forums, this looks to be a Toshiba IPS panel.
