Tapatalk problem

    I access about half the time through Tapatalk on one of my Android devices. Today, I got an error message trying to do that. Seems it requires some kind of update on the site for continued access.

    ...Try again sometime today; in the meantime, I'll elevate your comment to site IT. It might be helpful if you could report the exact error message that you're seeing...

    Package file version doesn't match with the installed version, please go to the AdministratorCP->Plugin&Products->Manage Products to upgrade by importing the latest installation xml

    Turns out the problem appears with my Samsung Note 3 but not with 8. Go figure!

    I am getting the exact same message this morning on my iPhone. Restarting the app did not help. How did you fix it?

    Hmm, now I don't get the error but it does not refresh any threads. Rebooting the phone didn't help. I guess I will reinstall the app.
