I have been unable to find any mention of the pressure sensitivity,
pen tilt detection, etc for any tablet PC that I have been looking
at. Does anyone have a general idea of what kind of specs one
typically sees for these things on tablet PCs? I currently have an
older Wacom Intuos pad hooked up to my desktop system. I would
hope the current crop of tablet PC screens would match this as the
    bare minimum.

(I currently am considering the Acer C314 or the Tecra M14, so if
anyone has specifics on these it would be most helpful.)

I do comic book lettering and retouching, as well as some heavy
hobbyist dabbling with Lightwave, so I need a system with both
    power and sensitivity.

That's a tough question to answer. You may wish to contact Wacom by phone and ask for an expert answer regarding sensitivity and angles. Casually, I would say the the Acer and Toshiba have equally touch "sensitive" screens.

If I remember correctly, and I'm not sure where I read this, it's 512 levels of pressure sensitivity. Not sure regarding the tilt, but I believe that's in there as well.
