Is it possible to use two external monitors and the laptop screen at the same time? I have monitors connected to the HDMI and VGA ports but cannot configure Windows to use more than two monitors simultaneously.

I have managed to set up this configuration on multiple Thinkpad T420 laptops with Intel HD Graphics 3000 and NVIDIA NVS 4200m by connecting the monitors to the DisplayPort and VGA ports. I have a Fujitsu T901 with the exact same graphics cards and cannot accomplish the same setup.

I've never gotten this to work on mine. Would love it if I could.

I was trying with VGA + DVI on the docking station though. That works for the 2 externals but the internal display wouldn't come on. I never tried hdmi.
